Mostra Fotografica DUNE Unveiled Beauties – Bellezze Svelate, Brescia, 11 aprile – 31 maggio 2012.
Prende avvio con l’inaugurazione di Giovedì 19 Aprile alle ore 18:00, presso L’Arcobaleno in Via Luzzago n. 6 a Brescia, la mostra fotografica personale del noto fotografo bresciano Nikbarte, (www.nikbarte.it) che si protrarrà fino al 31 maggio preannunciandosi molto suggestiva già dal titolo: DUNE Unveiled Beauties, Bellezze Svelate.
Nikbarte, fotografo di grande sensibilità, ed esperto di fotografie del deserto, esporrà in quest’occasione una suggestiva selezione di 18 scatti in bianco e nero per fare conoscere al pubblico la sua personale interpretazione dei “mari di sabbia” da lui attraversati, spesso a piedi, nonché la straordinaria bellezza naturale delle dune.
Unveiled Beauties – Bellezze Svelate, rappresenta una chiave di lettura poetica e meditativa della sabbia nelle sue infinite e mutevoli forme, accesa dai bagliori e dalle luci del deserto che ne fanno risaltare l’infinito gioco delle ombre e l’eterno silenzioso movimento.
Un microcosmo di granelli di silicio che rivelano, attraverso l’arte del fotografo, sensualità, sinuosità, fascino, morbidezza, bellezza e mistero. Una chiave interpretativa non priva di suggestioni e di inevitabili metafore esistenziali.
Le opere esposte, una piccola selezione della monumentale raccolta realizzata da Nikbarte nel corso dell’ultimo decennio, permettono di ripercorrere attraverso il cogliere del suo sguardo le emozionanti esplorazioni a piedi da lui compiute in totale solitudine, all’interno dei più famosi e suggestivi deserti di sabbia e roccia del nostro pianeta:
Great Sand Sea, Gilf el Kebir, Erg Murzuq, Acacus, Wan Kasa, Karafish Desert, White Desert, Black Desert, Qattara Depression.
